At ICT Billet, we stand behind the quality of our American-made performance parts and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition. We strive to provide a seamless exchange process to ensure your project stays on track and your engine build is a success.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, has not been installed, and is within 30 days of the original delivery date.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Parts

  Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned components, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange parts.
